Reviews of The Liner At Liverpool
It had good food, very amiable staff. The room was a nice size and it had a comfortable bathroom. The check-in was friendly and the atmosphere was family overall.
Well presented place, fairly clean, modern rooms and amicable staff. A fridge, an electric kettle and an individual safe in the room, particularly good and fab location. Amazing meal at attached restaurant.
We have stayed here for 2 nights and had a great experience. The staff was courteous and nice and took care of us. The rooms were immaculate and fantastic with a fridge, an electric kettle and an individual safe. The location was brilliant, 15 km to Liverpool John Lennon airport, perfectly reachable.
Its location is great and lovely, really close to Liverpool Empire Theatre. Well-designed and large rooms come with clean linen, comfy bed, for example.
It was a fabulous place, had excellent staff by who I believe was the Duty manager. Booked a room by front window. An electric kettle and refrigerators were provided.
There were uncomfortable beds.
Stayed here for 3 days and loved the hotel. It was clean and had a marvelous location within walking distance of everything. The standard twin room had all we needed, including a clean bathroom. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the staff on the Wednesday night shift were excellent.
Had a very good stay, the hotel is well presented.
The hotel had a perfect and good location very close to Liverpool Empire Theatre. Plus it was in a lovely area. Nothing too much trouble, I loved the stay and will be back.
Fabulous food combined with an exceptional service. Lovely area, very central location short walk to the centre & parking, the bus station as well as the main pedestrianised shopping area and the Liner. A lovely and amazing hotel, my first choice in Liverpool.
The rooms are spacious and clean, with private bathrooms and amenities like an electric kettle and refrigerators, while also offering a great view; the staff, particularly the Duty Manager, provide excellent service.
Outstandingly accommodating, affable personnel by who I believe was the Duty manager. Airy, modern rooms with a walk-in shower, comfy bed plus views over Liverpool, magnificent position.
Beds were very uncomfortable.
The staff here were friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and the food, including cereals, pastries, and fruit.

No significant negatives encountered, everything was perfect.
The hotel was cool and quiet, and the staff were accommodating, loved the excellent location not far from the centre and Liverpool.
This venue is beautifully presented and has a fantastic location right next to the train station, with a brand new building and bright, clean rooms, along with a restaurant that offers delicious food options.
Great start to the new year! The hotel was ideally placed for railway and nearby theatre, fantastic for getting around the city. The buffet breakfast was excellent value, always fresh and hot. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile.
The hotel did not provide information such as meal timings or room service menus in the room, which would have been handy. Also, it would have been nice to have maps readily available at reception for tourist spots in the surrounding area.
