It was a fabulous place, had excellent staff by who I believe was the Duty manager. Booked a room by front window. An electric kettle and refrigerators were provided.
There were uncomfortable beds.

Great start to the new year! The hotel was ideally placed for railway and nearby theatre, fantastic for getting around the city. The buffet breakfast was excellent value, always fresh and hot. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile.
The hotel did not provide information such as meal timings or room service menus in the room, which would have been handy. Also, it would have been nice to have maps readily available at reception for tourist spots in the surrounding area.
